  1. Pack is almost done. Here are some updated photos. Still have to finish the radio and add the stickers. Add the electrical tape to the top left box, add shoulder straps and a few minor things. Other than that, this thing is done.
  2. I can give you some good info on the backpack. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
  3. Tom, Has your armor been approved for the basic level or reviewed by your local GML?
  4. To date, I have sold 5 of these Packs with the respirator, and shin armor. Most of these people are wearing ANH TK armor. My armor is Centurion Level ANH TK / HWT. There are some out there who have made their own packs who most likely would be able to join. If Magamatrooper's Pictures (Tom Hobby) do not work, then I would be happy to take some in my armor.
  5. Well, at least we have the pack. Haha. I am going to have to do this one just because I invested so much time on the stinking pack. Plus I would like to be a TD. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
  6. I thought so. I will check. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
  7. Made some more progress. Getting close to be done. I have seed trays coming from Jason Hill, so once those get here, I can finish. Here is the Brexton Box and Cistern in the works. Still have to add the final details to the Cistern Valve. In the below image, you can see the status of the exhaust port, canteen, Brexton box, containers, mushroom caps, radar dish, mortar tube end caps and control panel. For this pack I am going with battleship gray. The radio is still a work in progress. Ian Havenhand is guiding me on this one, since this is one from SandieComms.
  8. Tom Hobby has great photos. He is wearing the fist Magmatrooper Pack I ever built. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
  9. These are real photos. I think they are cool. Also have a video that shows everything and how it works. Here is my current kit:
  10. The backpack ensemble as I call it is a very technical and difficult build. It consists of the pack, tubing, respirator, and shin armor. If you want to be exact, this should not be called "Battlefront II..." This is from the current Battlefront game. Battlefront II comes out in November. Check out these pics. These are of one of my customers wearing it in Japan.
  11. I just glued them straight to the underside of the shoulder straps and shoulder Bells. I never have an issue with it being seen. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
  12. They are hard to find. But, you can find them by searching Ebay and make sure you search Worldwide. I have been getting mine from the UK.
  13. Frame: To bend the pieces, I just used a simple heating gun. Used measurements from a Karrimor Frame. This is going to be my new standard pack frame. All assembled and glued together. Priming Complete: Final coat of Black Satin spray paint has been applied:
  14. Got my Sonic Radio Kit from Ian Havenhand (Sandie Comms) last night. He managed to crank out 3 of these radio kits in a couple of days and have them sent to me in the US in less than a week. Amazing. Below are some pictures of my build today. Worked on both the Radio and Pack Frame. Started on the base of the radio first. Glued the sides to the base: \ Then added the top: Prepared all of the pieces: Glued bottom pieces on: All pieces glued on: Primed:
  15. More progress. Going to try to finish this thing up now. I have built the pack frame using the same bend as the standard TD pack. I have attached the bases to the frame, painted, and will be adding all of the other pieces over the next couple of days. Here are some pictures.
  16. If you need any help sourcing the materials for the pack, let me know and I can point you in the right direction. I have built 3 of the packs to date.
  17. Ok. I have all of the parts and materials coming. Some lucky person is going to win an entire Sandtrooper Ensemble and this will be the pack. For the frame, I was going to use an original karrimor style frame, but it is taking longer than I anticipated for it to get here. So, I am going to replicate it (to the best of my ability) using CPVC, PVC, glue, and a heating gun. According to many different sources, it appears the frame length is anywhere from 60 cm to 45 cm (bear with me as I am used to inches......not sure thy the US had to change units). The width of the frame is around 37 cm. Below are the materials laid out that I will be using: I will be working on this daily, so it will progress pretty quickly. However, it is late as I write this, so I will not be doing too much tonight. I had already made an extra exhaust box and pipe. Seen below here is the 3D printed version that I use. I have made it longer in order to line up properly with the seed tray seams. For the Upper Left Box (Tool Box), I am using an original Brexton Sandwich box. It should be here in about 1 week. Below is the picture of the box I will be receiving. I have 5 more of these babies coming along with this one. Found a good supplier (someone not associated with Star Wars). Now for the radio, I will be assembling a Sandie Comms (donated by Ian Havenhand) Replica Sonic Radio. Below is a picture of the kit that I will be receiving. This should also be here in about a week or so. Tomorrow, I will begin 3D printing the Canteen with Bee Stinger, the End Caps, and the mortar control panel. As for the Cistern, I have an accurate one coming in the mail also.

  20. By the way. I have never had an issue with Facebook and it is free and the pictures look great. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
  21. I have been using Facebook for the last year. All I do is create albums on my main page. From there you can copy the image address and paste it into the URL as you normally do with Photobucket. It has been working great for me. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
