Hi Edward, I would do that blue in gray blue (RAL7036) or battleship gray. It looks very light blue. Shorten the top bottle a little. Make the cheesegraters either in latex (if you want PO) or a lot thinner.

Welcome here to the MEPD, Eric. I am glad to hear that you want to build your TD as accurately as possible. SWAT is the cherry on the cake. Do you already know which trooper you want to emulate?

For Pack #3, you need the UP90. So you have to shorten the Syphon by an inch. The RWA Syphon is a replica of an UP100.
