Well I completely understand that however this is where you combine items together for a single offering, example offer shield patch and rocker for the top. You could offer 3 levels of rocker like MEPD , Deployed, Swat. You could also offer a chevron with all under “patch” header . I would point to the recent FISD patch run doing just the same. I remember seeing a thread on PO pics and at that time the link for the officer list was not working. I looked but could not find the post I saw but it looks like only TD # that were 4 or less updated on the photos. TD#'s like mine 34221 are no longer listed on the PO page. Ok , not an official troop , but we put together a little something for The Sarasota Medieval faire . They would not allow the buckets but we pulled it off and were a complete hit ! likely you will need to create additional bend in the tubing and can even it out in that process. I would use a pipe bender available at your local hardware store
