  2. I’ve been working on these. Looking to put these into general production with ISD (Imperial Supply Depot). The canteen is taken from a lion star canteen that I’ve had on my pack for the past few years and the mushroom caps are also taken from what was used on my pack. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. The original weights half the weight of the foam canteen. Will have to go back to the drawing board on this one I think Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Evening troopers. I’ve been working on this project and I’m really pleased with how it’s going. I’ve taken a mold from my Gio canteen and been able to make a foam version! His is super lightweight and should be ideal for trooping! Once I’m happy with the casts these will be available for £15 plus post. Please feel free to pop over to Imperial Warfighters to have a look. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Hello troopers, I’ve been slowly updating my molds for my E-11’s. Here’s the recent update of the M38 scope. If you like the look of it please feel free to pop over to my FB page Imperial Warfighters. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Still a long way off with plenty left to do. Progress is slow but I'm happy with where it's going. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I've managed to do some more work on the barrel. I'm very happy with how it's all starting to come together now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. So with my one good hand I've had another go at creating bevelling to the barrel. It's not perfect but it's much better than my first attempt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I'm ok with the main barrel thanks mate, it's the inner barrel I'm using that I'm having problems with. Lee's been in touch and pointed me in the right direction but thanks anyway. I'm just finding it all very frustrating as I want to get to the best possible standard and accuracy but I just can't seem to get near! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Ok guys I desperately need some help!! I'm at breaking point on this build. As you know I've already nearly ripped my thumb off my hand now I'm about to blow my brains out I've gone with the 76mm main barrel with the 1.5mm wrapping. For my inner barrel I've gone with 41mm and 36mm pipe. And as you can see from pics below I can't achieve the look needed! What size barrel do I need? I really want this build to be as spot on as I can get but I'm starting to feel it's beyond my reach now! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. So tonight I was doing some more on my build and this happened Maybe 3D printing is the way forward Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. So I'm about ready to blow my brains out right about now! This build is not going how I'd hoped or planned. I wasn't happy with the tapering on the end of the barrel or the bevelling so I'm trying again. But in the interest of soldering on I'm working on connecting the barrel and the body, so I'm trying to replicate the barrel and gas parts to make it as accurate as possible (which for me will be **** near impossible!) And to help keep the blaster more stable when it's put together. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. So spent a few hours in the garden today adding some bevelling to the barrel of the T-21. I've added a coat of primer to it. Hopefully once the tops coats are on all the gaps will be filled in and it will look much better Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Yeah that makes sense. I'm working on the main body so once I fit the stock and the body together I'll re-shape that part so it's more square. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Anyway moving on..... I've started work on the stock tonight It's coming along nicely. All being well I'll start on the main body tomorrow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Won't be this month mate. Too much month and not enough money Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Lee you're a star! Thanks mate. I'm doing a pipe build. The gun will come in two parts like yours. I've just checked and thankfully I've got 76mm and 63mm pipe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I do find myself looking at 'off cuts' differently these days! I've got some 90mm plastic water pipe for the barrel. It's a bit weighty but it's robust enough for the job and as and when I can get the use of a lathe it will be able to have the ribs cut into it without compromising the the structural integrity. 22. Thanks mate. Any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. So after some truly exceptional builds over the past few weeks it has motivated to have another go in an attempt to produce a more accurate weapon. As I don't have access to a 3D printer and have limited tools and even less skill sadly it will never be as good a build as most on here. However the only way to improve it to keep trying and learning from others so here goes..... I've started with the top plate and so far come up with this A little touch of colour and I've started to add the first layer of detail.. I'm always open to any help and or suggestions. 24. Thanks guys, I'm really honored to be part of the MEPD.
