A question for those much wiser than I in building armour like this. I need to add some shims to the thighs as I am a bigger gal. However my husband and I were thinking of making the armour to share, if either of us want to wear it. But he is much trimmer and fits the armour as is. So is there a way to add removable shims to the leg armour? That way we can both wear it.

Armour is trimmed and glued. Next will be the fun strapping and fitting phase. I'll hopefully have time to do all the proper fitting this weekend.

Greetings! SL-4945 saying hello! I joined the 501st in 2012 with my Darth Nihilus costume, but have since caught the armour bug. I know have a completed and approved Sinker Wolfpack Clone with more armour builds in progress. I'm about half way through my TFA TK and mostly done the assembly of my TD armour. Figured it would be a good idea to sign up here and get advice as I move to complete my TD. Looking forward to the fun times with all the 'dirt' on my armour! Cheers, Nef

Hello! Well I have a box of armour parts that need putting together. And so begins my plunge into the TD build! This will be my third set of armour I'll be putting together. I have a completed and approved Sinker Wolfpack Clone in the 501st, and I'm still putting together my TFA TK armour. I'm looking forward to the challenge that the TD will give me having 'dirty' armour, hehehe. Cheers, Nef
