So I got most of my strapping done today, and decided to try on my fine Trooper1 pauldron. However, it appears a bit flat. I then tried tucking the elastic into the inner bicep hook, and it looks like this: It looks better, but I don't think it's curved enough, and the elastic sticks out a lot in the back. Do I need to trim down the elastic a bit, or am I doing something wrong?

I haven't purchased them yet. I'm curious if the writing can be removed or if I should look elsewhere.

I'm curious about their sandy offering. I'm on the waiting list for ATA right now, but this seems like a pretty good deal too.
