Great thread! What are everyone's thoughts on something like this for the top pack? The length matches up almost exactly with the dimensions of the box (30cm+40cm+30cm): http://www.ebay.com/itm/172018066338 As for the metal piece hanging from the strap, I've done lots of random searching but haven't made much progress. Anyone have any ideas on that

Thanks for posting this! It convinced me that I could build a T-21 and has been a fantastic resource. One question that I'm still struggling with: what size PVC should be used on the receiver/body? The tutorial mentions 2", although standard 2" schedule 40 PVC seems too big. The two options I've found are 1.5" PVC (just under 2" OD) and 2" tubing for a central vacuum system (exactly 2" OD, thinner walls). Anyone else run into this and have a better option?
