Thanks for the info, Darren. I'm planning on building packs of my own soon for both a Sandy and Nova Elite (I stand 6' 3" and 210 lbs so I'm thinking I'll have little trouble pulling them off). I'm wondering if you would give me the frame dimensions. This would be a HUGE help to let me start basic assembly. Also, what brand of flat black paint are you using? It looks really good.

Hello all, I'm a prospective member from Colorado and am considering building a TD at some point after I've completed my Staff Officer uniform. My main reason for joining this forum is to learn as much as I possibly can before pulling the trigger and start building something at this level. Looking through YouTube, I saw the backpack built by Dazauto and was seriously impressed with the work. I'm thinking about building it first and then moving towards the armor side of it. Regardless, I look forward to getting to know you all and meeting at future events.
