  1. I'm sure this is the guy from the eBay auction everyone has contacted in one way or another. I doubt the buyer will be supplying lettering or serial number info, as it seemed to be a bit of investment. Don't expect casts to be cheap:/ I was hoping I could teach him molding and casting (he lives about 10 blocks from me) and he could sell them himself, but it wasn't in the cards
  2. The guy lives in my hometown - too bad he wouldn't let me cast it earlier:) I tried, at least to save everyone several thousand:) ...looks like the winner was RS... and the rest of the MEPD, of course, since I expect casts to be available to everyone in the coming weeks:)
  3. Really? I am in need. Thread started in 2010 but updated in 2015? I am all ears if there is an eagle logo hengstler to be had
  4. Awesome! You just made my week, Scribbler! Thank you thank you! Can I use "Doc" for my call sign? That's what 42020 stands for ( I'm an optometrist) and 42020 means "for 20/20 (vision)". I figure "Doc" may make that more evident so people don't think its a stoner thing:D I will send a picture shortly:)
  5. Dig the weathering - your armor looks sweet! What helmet is that? TM? I've been pretty proud of my ATA build until I saw your submission... hopefully we both get deployed soon:)
  6. Thanks for all the compliments, guys! This was a fun build, the weathering was a blast, especially trying to gradient it out so it gradually got less dirty from bottom to top. A big thanks to pandatrooper for his YouTube tutorial on weathering with acrylic paints - with acrylic I won't have weathering that will wash off in the rain:)
