  1. Crikey, a lot of fuss going on here for about an hours worth of mods....
  2. Great job Ricky. Another fantastic SWAT build, and a fine addition to Britannia Patrol.
  3. Excellent job Ricky. Good to see more Of the BP boys going for SWAT.
  4. With mine, I painted the whole thing gunmetal silver, then dry brushed the whole thing satin black. The butt stock is painted a reddish brown, then I rubbed in black with a sponge, pulling it all in one direction so it looks kindaile wood grain
  5. This should be useful too... http://www.starwarshelmets.com/original-stormtrooper-stop-that-ship-helmet.htm You want to nail all those drips & imperfections. The Stop That Ship trooper is the same armour as Cantina Cap
  6. Hello mate, welcome to the sandpit. Think there are a couple of lads round your way.
  7. Good to have you back mate. Chin up lad
  8. Oh Brad I forgot to say, last weekend I wee'd in your helmet...
  9. Hit me up if you need Tusken bits anytime Brad, you know I'm good for 'em
  10. The weathering looks great, I just think adding another base coat of brown would make it a lot more authentic. The weathering is meant to be caused by being out in the dunes of Tattooine, so it's going to have a sandy colour to it. I would maybe try diluting some light brown or sand coloured paint with water & dab over with a sponge just to get a really light coat over the lighter areas. Again, this is just my opinion though
  11. Just my opinion here, but might it be worth adding some brown into the weathering? It's looking quite black in places at the moment. Maybe a light wash of watered down brown just to give it a sand beaten feel?
  12. I don't think you should trim it mate. Try the Velcro & padding and see how you go first
  13. Your belt slips down off the kidney plate at the back. I'd recommend sticking some Velcro on the lower corners of your kidney plate & the inside of your belt to keep everything nice & tidy. Also, try sticking a bit of foam in the inside of the ab plate just to fill it out a touch. Not a lot, just enough to keep it all tight
  14. If you upload them via Photobucket or another pic hosting site, there shouldn't be a problem. Just upload to the site & copy & paste the URL link onto the post

    Nice! Liking the textured effect
  16. If you can take a few pics without the pouch, pauldron & with your arms up so they're not covering your sides, we can find out what the problem is :-)
  17. It looks like your chest plate is hanging down too far. The shoulder straps might need shortening. Have you got a pic without your pauldron & shoulder pouch?
