  1. Cheers James. Yes, I'm so happy with it mate. Awesome work all round on it :-)
  2. Hey guys. I bought one of Blaster 8266's awesome T-21's last year, and Britannia Patrol's very own Sir Dave has just finished an amazing weathering job on it for me. Sadly he says it may be his last job. I hope not, Dave Harris is one seriously talented man :-) Here are few photos of the newly weathered weapon back with me on my workbench. I'm almost too scared to troop it now, it looks so good, ha ha :-)
  3. Looking great Jay, as with all the the bits I've seen on your build so far mate. You're going to make an awesome Sandie :-)
  4. Looking awesome bro. Great work. I need to make one of these my next build :-)
  5. Happy Birthday to my Brittania Patrol brother Joe. Have a great 40th mate. Only 10 years till your 50!! :-)
  6. Great trooping with you at MEM last weekend along with the other members of Brittania Patrol Ian. Try and get some more photos up as soon as you can buddy and I'm sure good feedback will start coming in for you :-)
  7. Looking good Tim. And I second that Mike - an epic moustache indeed :-)
  8. Love this , thanks for sharing :-)
  9. Welcome aboard Leo, great to have you here :-)
  10. Welcome to the brotherhood Aron. Love your enthusiasm, you're gonna fit it in just right here buddy :-) I agree , it's great when you can sit down with your kids and watch Star Wars with them, and you see the same look in their eyes watching it as you felt as a kid. My eldest daugher, 9, has been hooked on Star Wars for years. My youngest daughter who is just 18 months has been making Darth Vader breathing noises the past few months whenever she sees him on TV, at troops or pictures, ha ha . My wife loves me for that, lol!! And welcome back to you Justin. Glad to see you returned buddy :-) Craig
  11. Congratulations Alan. Great job mate. See you at MEM for our first troop together :-)
  12. Wow, you didn't waste time posting on here after getting UKG cleared mate ;-) I'll say it again, great looking build mate :-)
  13. I have a Rom FX and it sounds great. The only thing I've done is swapped out the Rom 'bendy' mic that cam with it, to a small clip on computer mic that you can use for Skype etc. I was struggling to get the bendy mic to sit in my lid right against my mouth and I saw that my local Sandie buddy 'Elegance' was using the PC mic so I went with one of those. Sounds great. I upgraded from single 9v battery to using 8 x AA's, which gives me a bit more volume output.
  14. I can't add that much to this debate except that I love my RS Sandie. It's my first ever armour and I can't see me going anywhere else. I ordered it early May this year, arrived 6 weeks later, got cleared 2 weeks after that no problem and got deployed a week after that no problem. The guys at RS are great, built it for me with measurements I gave them via email. I'm 6'3" and medium build. Finally looking forward to meeting them at Comic Con this November in Birmingham , UK. :-)
  15. Hi Mike. Looking forward to seeing if you switch over to the dirty side!! :-)
  16. Congratulations Victor, superb work bro. Makes me think about maybe getting my **** into SWAT mode :-)
  17. Excellent , me too, Ball and all, so I'll see you there Scott :-)

  19. Welcome aboard Scott, great to see you posting in here. I know I've chatted a bit with you via Brittania Patrol, but hopefully I'll get to join you on a troop soon . Are going to Birmingham in November? :-)
