  1. Just wanted to say that I just got one of Anthony's spanish pouches. Amazing work. Love it. Thanks, man.
  2. Thanks, Juan. Wasn't even thinking about the straps. Good point. Been looking online for the small pouch to see if I can hunt down something used and already lived in. My guess is these are small spanish Mauser ammo pouches? I'll probabaly be looking for one here though. Thanks for the info.
  3. Great info guys. I have a stupid question. Those of you who have dyed the canvas ones do you think there would be much difference in the finished product between these 2? http://www.ima-usa.c...wwii-green.html or http://www.ima-usa.c...-pouch-set.html As one is green and one is tan what do you guys think? Also, how do you dye them? Are you painting with leather dye or using Rit or some other clothing dye? Thanks. edit: Also, I'm looking for a small spanish for the Alley Way trooper. Any good sources? The above site had none last I looked.

  5. Hi. I'm Joe White. TK/TI/RC-0380 from the New England Garrison. Been in the legion since 2003. I'm looking to go dirty for two reasons. First, My TK is pushing the 10 year mark and the plastic is getting all kinds of yellow and showing its age. (aged is good right?) So for practical reasons I want to extend the life of the kit and help it "evolve" into a TD. Second, Sandtroopers are cool. My original plan back in the day was to go Desert but stopped because the demmand for clean white troops was high and we didn't have the numbers like we do now. Now you can't shake a stick without hitting one of those clean white Death Star nancy boys and I want to be different! Anyway, Thats my introduction. I'm looking foward to researching the TD in all its minute detail and I hope you guys can help me out. Thanks.
