Ok I emailed Rick and the LMO and they agreed. I added the words "FX helmet is no longer permitted for new approvals." to the helmet entry of the TD CRL. -Eric

Folks... the new LMO has put actual wording in the FISD crls that state that the FX helmet is no longer allowed for new approvals. The previous verbiage was a little vague but now it actually uses the word "FX". If this is a thing you want I suggest contacting Brian to ask to have it put in your CRL. And if he gives the go ahead I'm happy to edit your CRL for you -Eric

Bothers and sisters, First of all... clean off your armor already because you're all totally gross. Second... FISD has managed to convince the Legion to finally stop new approvals of the FX helmet for TKs. The LMO has added wording to each of our CRLs that prevents it. Anyone with an FX helmet is obviously grandfathered in, but from now on no one will get a new approval with it. Details can be found in the latest FISD newsletter. -Eric

Well Walt... if you must know... for some reason the forum was leaving stale connections to the database. The database reached its limit on the number of connections and the forum was no longer able to retrieve any information and the web site **** the bed. -Eric

2013 is the year of the zoot suit for this TK. -Eric

Try a short philips screwdriver and a hammer on a flat hard surface to bend the tines down. Place the point of the screw driver between the tines and lightly hammer down. Pliers also work to finish up the job. Don't worry too much about marring the face of the split rivet since it gets painted anyways. I'm sure an armorer from the UKG has a better solution but the philips method has been known to work. -Eric

I reinstalled tapatalk... twice... and it is still broke. I'm not at all sure what's going on. I may ask for help online next. The same version works on FISD, SLD, and IOC. Sucks! Sorry guys. -Eric

Check out this video from Dragoncon 2013. Amidst all this sweeping footage of cosplay amazeballs basically the only TD in it is the one photobombing with a funny pelvic pew pew pew dance. Bless your dirty heart for not taking things at all seriously because those folks posing behind you are all about seriousness. This clearly proves that sandies have more fun.
