  1. For reasons I don’t get a active swat officer has been listed as retired and expired both of which are in correct. I have my TD and still active in good standings.  The fact I was removed from voting in this detachment is just plan wrong

  2. Having a blast being SWAT. For anybody thinking of joining the SWAT program, it's hard but the pride at least for me to say "I'M SWAT ON MEPD!" was worth it. Just an awesome challenge and thanks to the command staff for all the work on this program.
  3. I did repost the pic with the correct pauldron. I thi nk the issue here is I have more than one puffy pauldrons. Here are a few pics to prove the puffy paulderons. One is has more dirt than the other. Never could decide which one looked better. They are both Trooper1 type pauldrons. As requested here are pics. Hope to be SWAT this year....Heck of an XMAS Present.
  4. No worries there at all. I truely love the pack you made and all it's features. While it wasn't screen accurate for SWAT level, it is truely a superior pack to troop with. The reason it took me as long as it did was the debate of do I change your work or build another. As it sits I made another pack but ended up doing mods to your pack just for this build. Many thanks for this but I still recommend your packs first and foremost as the best pack with superior trooping durability factors. As it stands I still own 3 of your packs which I haven't moded.
  5. Anybody heard from Juan? Been almost a month and I haven't had an approval or update on this. I hope he is alrIght.
  6. My issue is always finding time. Building takes enough looking for stuff just makes it impossible. Without your help and the other guys on here there is no way I could ever find time to make this work. Again I know you can't make all happy when selling stuff. Just remember what you do helps out even if some get upset from time to time with what you send them. Just keep on and know their are guys like me out there who need and rely on those who sell items on the boards. Wouldn't be here without you guys. Many thanks Darren
  7. Thanks Rick for the parts. Made the swap out that much easier. Glad your there to help out.
  8. And the new pics with the changes as recommended the action pose if I make SWAT! Thanks for the support all!
  9. Corrections/rebuilt pack version #3 for SWAT. This is after the rebuild and I left the OG pics in tread for comparison. I rmeoved replaced the top bottle and filter to more accurate stuff. rmoved top end cap on motor tube to comply with on screen version. moved the tool box up in order to be more in line with screen version as well. let me know what you think Rick, Juan and the rest. Hope this works this time.
  10. Ok I see it now. Going to make the mods to it as soon as I can get some more parts. Jaun if you see anything else let me know too. Rick thanks for the help. As far as I'm concerned this is SWAT and the suggested mods are a must. The pack has to look right and now that I know what one it is I'll get it done. Darren
  11. Looks like version three off your website, dirty boy. What do you think.
  12. What pack is that trooper wearing? I'm not sure I know what mod to do to it to make it right. I did what juan suggested with moving the box up and swap out of the radio. Need some reference to make the mods at this point. Darren
  13. Here are the mods to the pack so far. I have changed out both the tool box (mounting it higher as referenced in the movie shots) and replaced the radio box too. The only thing I have not done is to remove the end cap pending our final census on that issue. Lastly I am including the cuts to the Knee and Utility belts Let me know what more I need to do to the pack. thanks Dirty Boy and Juan Darren
  14. Juan, I changed out the radio box with one from Sean's move along packs I had. So the radio is changed out and the tool box with parts from dirty boys' move along pack. Moving it up in the process. I can't tell by the movie on the motor tube. There isn't a end cap on there from what I can see, but I can't really see what it is either. Trim is done on the belt and knee Belts. Going to swap the tool box with a more accurate one too. Will post pics when I have them done. Going to ask dirty boy for some replacement parts due to the fact I canabilized his move along pack for parts on the Sgt pack. Guys need help on this motor tube. I don't see the silver but it doesn't have an end cap for sure. Let me know and I'll make the change to it. Darren
  15. I had to pause the movie after the cpt walks away in the cantina. That was the scene when the TD I'm emulating shows up. I not sure if we can figure out what TD armor that is in the movie. Waiting to see what Juan says.
  16. Great, being this trooper is seen for all of a second and only seen from the chest up, well, did a lot of guessing here. There was some talk with the guys in my squad as to what armor this was in the movie. Any suggestions to point me in the right direction would be great help. Having the weathering match up was my biggest issue so far. I look forward to your advice Juan after all it was your encouragement that lead me to mod my armor to even get to the app state. Thanks again brother for the program. Darren
  17. Added your pauldron to the mix along with close up of the pouches. super nice work there my brother. (forgot to take picture of it close up) Just so I'm clear on the cut trim the top and bottom so it's inline with the canvas belt?
  18. Don't you know it! Paul makes some awesome stuff. Mine is 1mm kit too. super thin and light yet very durable. although I had to do some crack repairs from the running stunt I pulled at TXCC. LOL
  19. Name: Darren Haverstock Legion ID #: TD-7435 Forum Name: SandFlea Garrison: Star Trooper Emulated: Sergeant Cantina version Member must currently be deployed as an MEPD Police Officer to be considered. - yes Weathering must be appropriate to screen used armor. Too little or too much weathering will not be allowed. - yes Pack, pauldron, and weapon combinations must match a specific trooper a seen on screen. – yes Here is my TM armor build with Quartermaster's Sgt Pack. I respectfully submit for deployment as SWAT with some minor modes and major redo of weathering. Removed the black teeth mesh too Just moving through the Cantina Well I fixed the format looks like better. I hope I got it right this time. Thanks for the comments so far. The rivets are gone from the knee plate as suggested by Juan. Lighten up weathering as requested by Bluey. Props to Rolf for the advice. Sandflea
  20. :PHa Ha! Nice. I would have done the same.
  21. There is a small gap on the other side about an inch. I was going to shim it to close it up for SWAT. I also was going to fix cover strips and one snap i didn't like. TM armor doesn't go around mid section as well as say AM. Any suggestions on how to close the gap? I was going to glue a piece in the gap with face strips on the inside to give it a seamless look. Then camo it a bit with weathering. List of minor fixes so far. Close the gap on right side, shorten cover strips, fix one snap that really bugs me, and find a way to roll up backpack straps when in use Anyone see anything else which may need adjusting to make SWAT?
  22. Thanks to all. Special props to Quartermaster for the pack build, Rolf for the pics to guide me, pandatrooper for the weathering advice and Troopermaster for the armor kit. Couldn't have done this without you. Darren
