starts off as papercraft/pepakura then bondo/fiberglass. i don't know about vacuum form mold but i guess you could. it not some think i have looked into. but i know my friends have used mother molds to make plastic casts of there pepakura ironman helmets

this is not my work but the armor is using the same armor files i have. so it will look the same when i have made the armor. please post your views.
