  1. Thanks guys for the help! I have needed a new undersuit for a while. I went with XXL Eastbay - $29 shipped!! NICE!
  2. Wondering is somebody can post a link where I can buy a new black lycra undersuit (or something comparable) that will last a few years and is reasonably priced. I'm 6'4", 240 lbs, so I assume I need something in the 3XXX category. Thanks in advance, TD-1044 MEPD GLG
  3. Hey guys, I need to create the black sticker spot on my orange shoulder pauldron. Has anybody done this accurately? Is there a good pic / screen-grab from the movie to work from? How do you do it? Thanks inm advance for the help. TD-1044 GLG
  4. My armor is done. I just have to apply these side gaps to make it more screen accurate. Is these a tutorial somewhere? Dirty Boy, can you give us a step by step checklist of what to do and what materials we'll need?
  5. I am looking to contact somebody who can create the left and right armor side gaps for my sandy ab-plate. Here's the criteria laid out by the folks at MEPD as to what they're looking for in terms of accuracy. Armor side gaps should be closed or nearly closed; no more than 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) gap on either side. This should be done by adding a shim or shims of material that must be of similar material and color as the ab and back plate. Shims should fit flush and may have seams. Ideally they will be seamless if possible to the ab and/or back plate, resulting in a single seam between the ab/back rather than extra seams for where the shims are joined. Rivets on the left side of the ab/kidney plates: a total of six rivets with three on the ab and three on the kidney plate, equally spaced out along the depth of the armour and about 10mm from the edge. They may be painted white, or not. One snap on the top right hand side oft he ab plate: back of male side of snap should show on outside of ab plate. Maybe it would be easier for me to purchase a new ab plate with the side gaps already attached. I'm working toward trying to pass "muster" for SWAT so I will need extreme attention to screen accuracy. Some direction from you guys would be most appreciated. Thanks!
  6. Hello, I'm looking for a pair of the latex gloves with latex hand guards that are required for SWAT. Can somebody direct me to who sells these? Thanks, TD-1044
  7. Hey guys, I purchased some olive-green MP-40 ammo pouches over the weekend. They should arrive before this weekend. This morning, I went to Hobby Lobby and bought a canister of black dye which I will need to apply to the ammo pouch. I need some advice on the best way to apply the dye. Thanks in advance, Brent TD-1044 GLG
  8. Hey guys, I'm working on SWAT "Road Block" Seargeant, and I need an E-11 blaster that's NOT Hasbro. Who makes these? Any help and direction will be most appreciated. Thanks, Brent TD-1044 GLG
  9. Okay, where does one buy these Spanish Pouches? I can't find any on Ebay. Does somebody here sell them?

  11. Hey dude.. looks like your helmet is FX.. They wouldn't let me in with an FX helmet when I tried back in March.. so I had to get an AP helmet... then I got deployed in early July... Read the "requirements" and you'll see everything that's approved and not acceptable. As Han Solo said in Return of the Jedi before leaving for Endor, "good luck; you're gonna need it." 12. Hi, Lookin' good! I'd suggest uploading your pictures to "Photo Bucket" (it's free), then clipping and pasting the URL code of each picture to this website. When I first posted pictures here, they appeared the same as yours - big black squares. Photo Bucket is the way to go. Brent TD 1044
