  1. The only comment is wondering what to do with my old ones These are boootiful
  2. Word. One thing I liked about being sandy was that you could take certain liberties with the pack. As long as it "looks right" and the GML approves, it should be fine for any garrison event you do, though it seems that event coordinators in different garrisons seem to have certain preferences. Unless you want to go Police Officer status, if your GML says it's OK, it's OK.
  3. Ugh, now I'm tempted too. Must need more beer. Pricing is fantastic too, and my old Cushman while great for parades is starting to show it's age...mmm...good thing there is more time to decide
  4. The novelization of ROTJ stated that Lando spent 6 months in Jabba's palace before the droids showed up. So that would be 6 months of planning, detective work, creating a cover, etc.
  5. My understanding is that there's supposed to be like 6 months or something since the end of ANH & the beginning of ESB. As noted, maybe Obi talks to Luke, but I doubt that much else why go to Yoda at all? Perhaps it's only in periods of great need, etc. It's also - according to the novelization - only 6 months between ESB & ROTJ. However...all that has been changed. Looking at the inside of my Republic|Imperial Commando books, what's printed is that: ANH-ESB : 3 years ESB-ROTJ: 1 year So, according to this Luke has had 3 years to figure out how to jiggle a light saber but has to work real hard at it, which makes me think that he hasn't spoken to Ben at all and is just feeling things out as he goes along. Other books that are dated as taking place between year ANH & ESB are: * Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina * Allegiance * Galaxies: The Ruins of Dantooine (there is also Splinter of the Minds Eye, but near all of this novel is overwritten by later books/movies. Reading more EU stories, it's clear that Boba Fett is one of the most notorious bounty hunters in the galaxy, so perhaps Vader singles him out because Boba got a little trigger happy on his last assignment. It's also probable that Jango told Boba about the trick Obi-Wan played. I was also thinking that 4 years is insanely short for the second Death Star to be even partially built if it took them so long to make the first, but governments being governments I bet they had already started on the second even before the first one was done.
  6. Very creative! Way to go Christian. Are you going to embroider the outside at all?
  7. Would be funny to see deleted scenes added back in to someof the movies, such as Luke & Biggs talking on Tattoine, Luke building his saber in Ben's old house. Just read the original novelization of ROTJ and man is there some neat extra stuff in there. OK, slight derail...these are actually pretty cool - I'm just happy they survived.
  8. Updated goals: 1) New sandy by ECCC (early March) 2) New TKC by the same time frame 3) New secret project, not sure if it will be ready by ECCC (early March) 4) New "quad action" clean TKs by end of year, including ANH-Stunt, ANH-Hero, ESB, and Heavy Weapons Trooper.
  9. Wow, this is pretty fantastic. Well done sir!
  10. I'll take one - shoot me a PM on total & I'll send a PP to you.
  11. Simply awesome! I missed out on the last patch run, really should fine someone willing to sell. This is kewl
  12. Yeah, the armor can certainly be made to look nice. Hey, here is my 3 years ago in FX with an AP bucket
  13. It's hard to say in that light. Also, is this for display only, or trooping?
  14. 1. New Sandy 2. New TK 3. ID 4. Get my BSG blues fitted Dream: Cody
  15. The best part is not worrying about dropping them. You can certainly drill them out I guess for electronics, but it's not for the faint of heart.
  16. Wow, Zac's been a tradition but I can understand needing a break. Congrats to Juan
  17. A good ESB E-11 also is missing the two power cylinders on the magazine, at least typically. Alas, there are lots of variations on these puppies
  18. Wow, this is really the bees knees. Congrats on creating what will be a real game changer. I remember when forums were cutting edge back when the Legion used to be a Yahoo group, but having site dedicated strictly to Q&A *only* and having the ability to tag items...a new decade indeed. Well done sir, well done!
  19. Congrats on supporting another set of white armor As for the Lewis, I think your best bet is hyperfirm, pimped though Woodchuck certainly gives them a run for their money and also breaks down to two pieces for ease of carrying.
  20. I wonder what Brian Muir remembers about these.
  21. Actually there is a fantastic instruction book called "What to Expect, the First Year". I found that pretty much every piece of advice was spot on. My wife would get frustrated when I'd be able to handle the baby better than her and my response was "it's in the book". Seriously. Another good rule is "Never wake a sleeping baby". That was from my Mom, and I went against it to my dismay. It turned out to be true. Another was : "Never give them something you'll have trouble taking away". It's easy to spoil the first child, but if you follow the book life will be easy. For instance, at one year old, the binky and bottles go away, cold turkey. They did it at our kids daycare and the kids fussed for a few days then were fine. It was always strange to me to see some 2 year old with a binky. Ugh
  22. Congrats! Well, if those are all the symptoms then you're doing well. I remember my wife calling me on my cell and swearing, then hanging up, then calling again crying and swearing. "Pee on the stick!" I told her, and it confirmed what I had already guessed. Your life will never be the same. Yes, the lows will be lower than before kids, but the highs...will be happier than you can imagine and makes the lows worth it. Congrats
