  5. nope, not accurate at all... KLICK FOR HIGHER RESOLUTION
  6. i photoshoped this picture ones more, maybe it helps... i think it looks even more than the other packs like a collection of garbage... this picture is also in high resolution in the gallery section under backpack reference pictures...
  7. and which color is accurate for the tube stripes?
  8. RIGHT, load the picture in windows paint or use products like photoshop. in windows paint is is quite easy... always remember, don´t save the picture with the same name, so you don´t overwrite the original picture... (yeah, i did it once,ok ok...)
  9. seth is still working on this item as far as i know... believe me the result will benefit from taking time for this very special item...
  10. @ Grifter: i assume the left trooper only wears one of the reused sandtrooper suits from anh. all the sandtroopers had this little notch at the downside where normal stormtroopers have their four buttons... look right here: SORRY, but i can´t say anything about the ESB/ROTJ suit... maybe trooperexpert or troopermaster can help you with this... they are our wizards of knowledge! if one of them don´t know it, nobody does!
  11. right, i also have them for accuaracy on my mannequin but do not use them on public events... you don´t want to see a sandtrooper with water dripping out of his forearms, don´t ya?
  12. did you actually cut something of the original pauldron? or just added the accurate plastic leather and the foam?
  13. seems to be the job, man...
  14. your local shops seems to have some new fans out here... let us know, if the are willing to do a small run of this pauldrons...
  15. hey paul, so why did you add the flare to at least one shoulder? do you think the original sandtrooper suits had this one? just curious...
  16. hey mike, same i thought, he had it made in a shop... look in this thread for some more detailed pictures like this one... http://www.sandtrooper.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=63&start=60
  17. yeah the will be proud that you found your way back to our detachment through this sandstorm!
  18. i exspecially like this area... the screenused chest protectors also had this area more detailed...
  19. may i ask how much you payed for the complete pauldron? i might be interested in one....
  20. wooh, it´s been a dirty tour last night, huh? looks very good to me! well done!
  21. i can´t tell what method you used but here are two very cool tutorials... one for tempera paints ( look left side for Sandtrooper Conversion) http://tk409.com/tk409.html it will look like chris´s armor and one for Woodland Scenics' Earth Colors (my personal fav) http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/davin/replica_weathering.htm it will look like Brak´s aesome armor if i were you i would try using some other techniques plus/on yours... i think the result would be very dirty but with a minor painted look! just my 10 cent on this... and the most important thing... the weathering is perfect if YOU like it! it´s your armor, so go for it like you want!
  22. you´re sure not! i´m right beside you, bro!
