Ha, that's awesome. I took my son to see the Karate Kid today and they showed a trailer for the "Last air bender" in one of the scenes, it looks like someone is riding a Dewback did anyone else catch that?? Watch the trailer in the next post.

If your going to do that John, I recommend using the black "Plastic dip". it comes in a spray form and coats the helmet in a thin layer of rubber. I did it to mine and I'm very happy with it. I'll post a pic later.

Great pics Juan, we have about 6 or so TD's who troop on a regular basis here in So Cal. I always like to see Sandies out on a troop together. I recently did the Star Wars In Concert event here in San Diego with another TD and they separated us at the event

We have a guy in our squad who built a pack that serves as an ice chest. It looks funny and weighs over 50 lbs. Next time I seen him, I'll snap a photo of it.

I second that nomination, Nathan (aka,Slave1pilot) has indeed endured his fair share of crap the past couple of years. Nate and michelle were both laid off from work and had no medical insurance, he recently had to sell his pack and other items just so he could take his wife to see a specialist because her pain level had become unbarable.Nathan and his family are some of the coolest people you'll ever meet. If anyone deserves this pack, it's Nate for sure.

Great idea Rick, thanks for doing this. Who knows, this might inspire others to "give back" to this great community of brotherhood we share. Maybe we could have a Cargo Hold of other donated items for people in need. Most of us here have a duplicate of one thing or another that we could donate. This is great karma man and hope those who receive these items, pay it forward to others in need some day.

Yeah, it's hard to believe that these great photographers offer these for free. I suggest everyone finds a photography group in there local area, they need photos for their portfolios and will be thrilled to do it for free.
