Hey everyone, I submitted my approval pics earlier today. What do you all think of my weathering? Just going for basic approval here, not emulating any specific trooper. For some reason, my camera photographed the armor more saturated than it actually is, on the actual armor the colors are brown and tan, not yellow. The chest plate color looks wonky next to the ab plate, but it's all the same color to the naked eye lol.

On my way to Star Wars Celebration Anaheim, I sat next to a fellow Star Wars fan Teresa who shared her copy of Star Wars Insider magazine #211 (June 2022?) with me. There's an interview with set decorator Roger Christian and the article opens with an amazing high resolution color photo of the roadblock scene, with the best view of backpack #3 ever! Since I was in a cramped seat on an airplane, my cell phone couldn't capture the best copy of the photo The left side of the page had these two fellows milling about I had no idea Star Wars Insider was still being published, but I'm super grateful for Teresa sharing the magazine with me! It seems you can buy a digital version of this edition of the magazine through their app or online. Might be worth it to get a high res version of the image

Spec Ops- Yeah, there's not much to it, and as long as you've got good boots it's a pretty easy costume to wear.
