  2. Hi guys, after seeing Rolf´s amazing Replica Build, I have decided to go a step further too. I have always loved my very first Sandtrooper helmet that I have used to achieve PO and it somehow still is my favourite helmet. You can see that helmet on the left: I have since build my Dockingbay 94 Tuck´n Roll Helmet (based on a DA HDPE helmet) and have achieved SWAT with it. WIth my very first helmet I have tried to emulate the infamous Move Along helmet but it´s more or less a pretty free interpretation of that helmet and I knew that I could do better, so I have ordered my first RS helmet kit when RS had its "May the 4th" sale and now I have started to build that helmet using starwarshelmets.com and Rolf´s gallery thread as my references ...and my bible. I know that the eyes should probably be cut out a little more, but hey, for me the Move Along helmet is somehow like a unicorn and larger than life so I thought why not exaggerate certain areas and one of them that I find remarkable and most noticeable is the sleepy look of this helmet. I can still sand it down some more, should I decide to keep it completely original. So here you can see what my new bucket looks like so far: Here are some comparison pictures: If I got my calculations right the brow should move up slightly further as soon as I attach the ears I am working on at the moment. WIth the teeth on the other hand I wanted to stick as much to the original as possible: Cheers mates! p.s. the RS bucket is awesome with all its little imperfections.

  4. Okay, nobody wanted to carry it for me so had to do it myself ...and after a while it became quite heavy But it was fun ...all those questions of the children asking what has happened to R2... most of it didn´t like it ...but we are the badass bunch of dirty dudes... so making some kids cry is part of the job Just joking, I told them that R2 was still alive and could easily be fixed (I had an aker inside with an mp3 player with some soundfiles that my friend Markus/tiny had put together for me)... little did they know that he would be ending up above the table in our living room at home... my wife is happy as she always wanted a light above that table ...and I couldn´t be happier.

  6. You look very comfortable in it and it looks tip top! I find the armor quite awkward in the first five minutes that it's on.... Then you adjust and it's manageable.... So strange. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk

  8. Thanks for the very fast review. I will change the points in the next days. The missing pic of the green lenses get lost while uploading. Of course I have. I also don’t like the blaster. My bapty is on the way from imperial warfighters. I forgot to write this down. Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk

  9. Reach out to RS, in the meantime do the suggestions above. Start gathering the pieces and build yourself new pack on the karrimor frame. You've got the high end armor, you're building a high end blaster, so it's only logical that you build a high end pack.

  10. I am not sure if the dimensions of your trays will be right for the real Karrimor frame, easiest way to fix it I can think of right now is to completely break it apart and insert a wooden dowel or some smaller diameter tube and glue it back together, bondo spraypaint and finally attach those cross pieces again.
