  1. Thanks for the heads up, John, but i think i'll stick with my real UP90 Shires siphon... I was able to find one some time ago in a UK shop after s long journey of endless email inquiries. Unfortunately not the one with these small fins at the tube end but otherwise accurate. But since i'm convinced that not all siphons were the same... i'm fine with mine! Ahhhhmmm, i might overthink this, i really like these little, tiny, small fins a lot....

  2. I use this to power my TKTalkie and it has worked fine on 5 hour + long troops. You're confused as what the TKTalkie BT feature is used for. As far as I know, the BT feature is only used to pair with your phone so you can change the settings on the fly. I use this headset and it's also lasted on all day long troops with no problem. I use this inside the back of my helmet to power fans and eventually more if I can figure it out. It's an overkill battery but I can probably troop all weekend long without turning it off on one charge. I get so hot in my gear and I use all 4 of my helmet fans year round. 2 pointed towards my face and 2 in the back facing down acting as an exhaust.

  3. Sounds like it’ll be fun.. real sterling e11 building is a universe, every one should go check out. The bapty e11 is also another option if you want accuracy. You should check out this one guy though if you haven’t, Chris a.k.a Field Marshall. He is a great engineer, sells a lot of deactivated sterling parts, CNC s a lot of the Sterling parts too. But these are another departments/ universes Michael... now now let’s go back to finishing your backpack/ PO application shall we?

  4. Looks great Felix, I love it. As you told us we should regard this like a SWAT thread.... I think you have missed the weathering on the outside of the twisted right biceps and I would still extend the weathering on the lower right chest (from your point of view) a little more to the right side. We might have new DOs but you brought the game to a whole new level and your work was and still is really inspiring. Can still remember my first troop in Speyer when I wasn't even a member of the 501st. The first two Troopers I saw that day were you in your TD armor and your wife as Boush (still have the pic I took ) Also you were so friendly and welcoming, that was really cool. And it made me really want to go the full monty about this Star Wars costuming thing! Thanks for that Felix.

  5. Not yet commissioned trooper here. TK kit - check (trimmed and started fitting) backpack kit - check (starting the build) pauldron - on order pouches - on order Everything I have needed or had questions about, I found here. A great resource for any reference dealing with TD's, and helpful, encouraging members that make great products, as well! Looking forward to making the dirty leap into Sarlaac's sandy home and joining the ranks of the TD!
